The library space has been redesigned for even greater convenience for all visitors. There is a coworking area, a game room for the youngest book lovers, a "library" for solitary reading, a family leisure area, and a theater.

The appearance of the premises in the art school has been updated, new equipment for children's art has been purchased, and gallery systems have been installed to display the exhibitions.

All the renovated libraries of the city function as modern cultural hubs, where master classes, training courses and creative meetings are held.

The library is open from 09:30 to 18:00 daily without weekends.

Visiting is permitted in a protective mask and (for persons over 18 years of age) with a "green" certificate, a negative COVID-19 test or a certificate of recovery.
