Запоріжжя, Центральна частина о. Хортиця, 4 км від повороту на «ЦІМЕТ» по дорозі до «Кінного театру»

“Skyphsky stan” (Scythian Camp) is a historical and memorial complex located in the open air. The complex was created and opened in 2005. It consists of three authentic burial mounds, which are over 2,000 years old and can be compared in age to the famous Egyptian pyramids.

The museum grounds also feature eight reconstructed burial mounds. The largest mound is called the Zorova Mogyla, the name comes from the word zoryty (watching), at different times it was used as an observation post for the surrounding territory. Until 2006, the oldest triangulation (geodetic) marker in Ukraine, installed in 1922, stood on the mound. It is now located under the mound.

Another part of the complex is the lapidarium, which is a unique museum of stone figures. Among the artifacts are Scythian, Cimmerian, and Polovtsian sculptures, railway columns, gravestone crosses, and household items. The collection forms a circular shape symbolizing the sun or wheel, the sacred symbols of our ancestors.

The "“Skyphsky stan” (Scythian Camp) is known as a place of power. There is a special energy that fills one with vitality, peace, and harmony.
