On November 16 and 17, the Tourism Business Forum was held at the Kozak Palace Exhibition Center in Zaporizhia. The forum featured 4 main locations: the main stage, the media center, and the master class and round table area, which were visited by over 10,000 citizens and guests of the city in 2 days.
According to the Advisor to the First Prime Minister of Ukraine, Ivan Liptuga, the Tourism Business Forum in Zaporizhzhia raised the bar of tourism events in Ukraine, and now it can give a head start not only to Lviv and Odessa, but also to the capital's tourism events.
It is also worth noting that the Forum was the first to develop an all-Ukrainian industrial tourism route. This event distinguishes the Tourism Business Forum from similar ones.
As part of industrial tourism, it was proposed to organize a route to the largest metallurgical enterprise of the city.
- We are always open to showing the plant as part of industrial tourism. And I am sure that the future of our city lies behind this. Guests will be interested to see the objects that have been reconstructed: the blast furnace, gas purification facilities, as well as the open-hearth workshop, - said Yaroslav Kryl, a deputy of the regional council and head of the technological process control department of PJSC Zaporizhstal.
